CHURCH DIRECTORY IS COMING!!
Dear New Covenant Fellowship (NCF) Family and Friends:
We are excited to announce that we are going to create a new pictorial directory of our NCF family. The directory will be done by Olan Mills at no cost to our church family and will help us greatly in connecting names with faces. It will also serve as an outreach tool that will capture the history of our congregation and help everyone learn more about who we are and what we believe.
Please participate!
All we ask is that you have your picture taken by the professional photographer and meet with a portrait consultant at NCF. There is no obligation to buy anything, but you will have the opportunity to purchase portraits should you choose. For the next several weeks, we will be promoting the program and asking for your participation. Please sign up as soon as possible to get an appointment that best suits your schedule.
Sign up sheets will be available concurrently on-line at the following link below starting the week of August 29th and run through approximately noon on Friday, September 10th.

Sign up charts will be available following worship services starting on September 12th, September 19th, and finally September 26th. After the 26th, you can call Olan Mills directly to make or change an appointment time at 1-800-866-2263.
- Every participating family/household will receive a free directory and complimentary 8 x 10 Custom Natural Portrait.
- You will come to NCF only once for photography and the portrait viewing. The entire process should take about an hour.
- Price lists for the portraits are available at the sign up tables and in the office. If you wish to purchase portraits, they come with a 100% money back guarantee.
- Whether you decide to dress formally or casually, you will want to make the most of this opportunity. The directory won’t be complete without you.
The scheduled dates for photography and portrait viewing are:
- Monday, October 4th- Saturday, October 9th
- Monday, October 18th – Tuesday, October 19th
- Thursday, October 28th – Saturday, October 30th
- Weekday hours are 2:00 pm-9:20 pm
- Saturday hours are 9:30 am-5:10 pm
